My somewhat short life of taking pictures can be described as snapping around. I figured it's ok to start this journey just by watching through the lense. Anyhow, I've realized it would be worth of learning some of the basics, technically. That's why it's a still life now.

The shells are a memory from a rainy end of Novemeber weekend at Long Beach, Vancouver Island, a couple of years ago. Wish to be there again some day. Maybe next year if all goes well.
