if I told you this is called a shield beetle?

it was merrily marching up Carlton Road as if aiming to catch a train at Waverly.



I am now a hardened Blipper. I did not hesitate to stop dead in the street, force other pedestrians off the pavement and took no notice of the the stares as I took my camera out and balanced in the gutter to get this Blip.
