a tiny crime scene...?

David and Goliath... I spotted this unusual pair of dead insects in the gutter, and wondered what was the story behind the demise of these two? Had they fought? Were they both co-incidentally hit by a passing car?
But the setting and subjects made for a tiny still life photo, even if passers-by did think I was a little mad taking this almost invisible scene.
