spent an interesting night mopping up cb1's vomit. and a lazy day looking after her at home. she is hardly ever ill. there's no part of me that resented the fact that it was my first friday off in a month. oh no. not one bit....

but we did chill out in a way that i don't usually manage - sitting on the sofa watching tv, lying on the doorstep looking at the sun in the leaves, and sharing an armchair to read a book. and a good excuse not to go to swimming lessons.
