Water Lilly Stigma

I cut a water lilly from my pond a few weeks ago and took some close-ups. Out of more than 100 shots I got 3 that I liked.

I was trying to think what to do today so I tried again. Today's red flower didn't work as well as the original yellow one so I ran it through Lightroom and found the result quite pleasing.
