Hypnotist of Ladies

There's a man in Hay-on-Wye who can persuade people to sit motionless in a state somewhere between relaxation and nervousness for a full five minutes or so. Stranger still is the fact that people even hand over money for the privilege. Sadly it's not just for ladies, as I too have been immortalised in marker pen, or at least a passable likeness of me has.
