The road from the isles

Got some proper "misty isle" weather on the day we had to return, with the clouds coming down to meet the hills at Sligachan.

Just time for a trip into Carbost to visit the distillery shop (and check out the pier for future fishing potential) before hitting the road.

It was a wonderful holiday - but, as the best things often are, all too brief.
