life.turns on the beach

It's a tiny bit windy and I'm a tiny bit shabby* so this will be brief. The noise of the kids running around inside suggested we would all be better off with them running around outside. The playground by the beach has one of those outdoor gym things and this piece of equipment seemed to be crying out for a life.turns.

Thanks to Carl for being cameraman and director and trying out the iPhone app. Hopefully successfully.

Off to blow some more cobwebs away with a stroll on the beach.
