Nib and Grimace

I have had a few days of being at my desk colouring the series of James Gillray cartoons which are going into a catalogue for the RA magazine.
So my blips have been very limited, & I fear boring..
I was about to start on this face when I had a good look at my favourite nib and thought it would look good in a shot with this old engraving. They look as though the come from the same time.

This nib looks very pretty and writes like a dream. I have about 3 of them, and have moved onto them after years of 303's, of which I have hundreds, having bought them for £6.00 in a junk shop. I must not drop this pen on its nose.
