Birthday Cake

Nom nom nom!

It's mrs monochrome's birthday today (one away from the big three-oh!) We were round at Mrs M's parents for a family BBQ, but we had to leave a bit early due to the wee man being a bit over tired. Her parent's had got her a birthday cake from Costco (which made her day), so before we left, she had to perform her official cake cutting duties. Duties performed, we left with a generous doggy bag full of cake.

Now that the wee man is in bed, it's time to relax on the sofa for a while with a nice bottle of Shiraz and a DVD (and some cake!).
