Let the holidays begin...

Henry has been safely delivered to my mums for his "vacation" he has a date at the car spa for a pedicure (2 new tyres, a new alloy, balancing & tracking), massage (full service) and will finish off with a medical to boot (MOT). He will benefit greatly from all the 1st 2 and should be running just fine when I get back. As you can probably tell I'm quite emotionally attached to my car so much so although I found a great new car I am just not ready to trade this one... I have my reasons and a lot are to do with my Dad who I lost 1 year and 11 months ago on Sunday. Maybe I'll share the Henry story at some point.

M the lovely R's Mum is now in residence with us in readiness of our departure on Sunday for the birthday celebrations in South Africa.

The holidays can begin!!

So we thought we would start off as we mean to carry on over the next 3 weeks!!

In the background is my mass of chaos disguised as packing! Thank goodness for the conservatory... I don't know how we'd live without it now in this house!
