One Ugly Bug

Second Born was tasked with cleaning up the deck for us this morning. Cue many screams and much arm flapping at the discovery of this, ermmm, Beauty. As big as his finger, he was both intrigued and slightly horrified, and I couldn't get the camera out fast enough.

It wasn't going to be flying off any time soon though, as it appears to have had an unfortunate accident with the bbq. Rest in Peace, Big Ugly Bug. ;)
