10 for effort

This little sunflower has suddenly blossomed this week, in the indian summer we appear to be benefiting from in SE Scotland.

It may not be the tallest, or the biggest, but it deserves recognition for its efforts to bloom in October, given it was supposed to do that in May!

Perhaps more a reflection of my lack of a green thumb!
