It's a hard life!

Decided I should earn my lunch on the beach today, so I ran there along the coastal path. It's only about 3k, but with bag packed with camera, book and lunch, and it was VERY hot, I maybe earned it.

The winner of yesterday's competition to name the flower I blipped was Mikewithmg, who reckoned it was a common spotted orchid, and a quick check on Google seemed to suggest he was right! As he didn't suggest a topic for today though, you get me again!
