Natwest paying in system

A really smooth interaction carried out whilst paying in cheques and cash at my local natwest. The process of inserting my bank card to feeding in my cheques to receiving a receipt was clear and concise with the functions positioned correctly. These human replacements are improving all the time, yet I suppose they need to!
