Ying Fa

My girls are swimmers and absolutely LOVE good swimwear. I would go broke if I indulged them with their choice of suits as the good ones run anywhere from $50-$80; I have learned to shop Ebay. My rule it that I never spend more than $10 on an Ebay suit. Of all the suits we've gotten through Ebay, I think we've only gotten a couple of duds. My biggest bargain was a Speedo suit for .99!

Emily had really admired a fast suit worn by her friend Shelby from Stockton Swim Club. In my Ebay perusing, I found a suit that looked a little bit like Shelby's. I neglected to notice that the suit was coming from China AND that it only LOOKED like a Speedo! Three weeks later, the suit arrived from Bejing with a note loosely translated into English hoping that we were happy with the suit. He also included a little gift of these funky looking ear plugs with our purchase. The suit has "Ying Fa" stitched where "Speedo" is usually found. :)
This became quite the running joke where we called Emily "Ying Fa" and encouraged Ying Fa to swim fast. I always wanted a little Asian baby.
