Queensboro Bridge, New York

I was in upper east side of Manhattan today and running late for lunch with a friend at Fordham. As I was contemplating whether to negotiate the stifling hot subway and the couple of changes I would have to to make or get a taxi, I decided to just walk with the hope of making a decision...and came across this view of Queensboro bridge. When I was staying in Queens, I travelled along this bridge many a times. Looking at it from a distance had a certain serenity about it....nice!
