All grow'd up

Well not quite but we're certainly getting there. Looking as odd as we all do in 3D glasses, here's J watching the trailers as we wait for Shrek Forever to start. A was too scared to watch it so we've ended up at an evening showing. It's a little strange but quite a treat to be out with my boy this way.

Joys of school hols. The rest of the day has been mainly fun if possibly a little busier than the first day should have been. The newish world of having to negotiate quite so much took its toll a few times and did mean both Natural History and Science Museums were visited.

But overall good and the kids seemed to have slipped into no timetable and no routine with commendable ease. And still 42 more days to go :-)

EDIT: uploading this after the film as my battery died. J gave film 10/10; I possibly wouldn't be quite so free and easy with my tens but it was lots of fun and a great evening.
