Apache in the town...

This afternoon Prince Charles was in town to present medals to troops from 3 Regiment Army Air Corps following their service in Afghanistan, he presented medals to Army Air Corps, who operate the Apaches, and special medals to four other air men....

.....Me and Ty managed to miss all that because he'd been at school, but we headed into town to meet J anyway. After the ceremony had finished, and the area had been cleared of all things loose, we watched as this Apache took off just in front of us! Was quite something!


Took Ty for a yummy tea tonight on the way home as a treat, last day at school and all that, (any excuse!) It was really lovely, he was so good bless him, & we had lots of laffs!! Good Times!
