Ship wrecked
A week ago we had strong winds blow in from the south west and this boat broke from it's moorings and smashed up against the rocks at Castle Cornet.
It was 150 yrs old the the owner bought it for 35,000 pounds and had spent 4000 pounds on reno's.
When I last saw it it looked like a pirate ship. Two masts, painted black and even had skull and cross bones as a flag.
It's a shame to see a great boat like this taken by the sea. Now it's just floating round Havelet bay lost and awaiting Davey Jones locker.
