Abandoned

I have been very busy with work these last 2 days, trying to catch up with reports and other paperwork.

I haven't been out running much lately so I went out for a run this morning and really enjoyed it. I'm supposed to be training for the Loch Ness Marathon in October but it's just not happening at the moment so I'm not sure whether I will be doing it yet. I'm much better at training for marathons in the winter than in the summer!

I have been watching these socks sitting on the sea wall for a few days now. They seem to have been abandoned by their owners and were looking very wet and sad in the rain yesterday :-(
