Fresh Spring Rolls

Recently a group of us went to a Thai Cooking School demo including dinner.
We started off with fresh spring rolls followed by a Massaman curry with jasmine rice and cucumber salad.
I am now making my own version of fresh spring rolls and we had these for lunch today!
