Dogged Bad Luck...

....my run of negative technical fortuity continues with the conclusion today that the spilt juice on my Canon 40D last week has indeed buggered it. I had, however, a suprisingly painless telephone conversation with a very nice young lady in a Glasgow call centre, and it would appear that a lovely person shall contact me tomorrow to discuss a new for old swap.......I'll believe it when I'm collecting the camera box from the delivery depot in Sighthill.

Question: What is the currently available and equivalent Canon model spec for the 40D?

Update: Just had the conversation with the equally nice lady, initially offering me a 450D to keep her costs down but I whined, stamped my feet and held my breath, so she offered me a 50D. Apparently it'll be delivered next week...........
