Whizzy begonias
It never ceases to amaze me the amount of effort put into planting the bedding plants and renewing the patterns 3-4 times a year in my local park. The gardeners stoop in that awful back breaking position to arrange the plants in their formal patterns. Often the colours are such as would never be used together in other art forms, but somehow nature lets them get away with it as nothing ever seems to clash.
I'd never done it before but I thought I would have a go at creating this whizzy effect, twirling the lens as I took a shot at a really slow speed. Unfortunately I'm not tall enough to stand above the plants and twist the planted pattern too. but I quite like the effect.
