He Is Back

Spider?

Cat?

The cat is a better shot technically.................but the spider is more interesting......and it is a follow on

It also fits in with the assignment..............so the spider (and its meal) it is.




I am going to have to get a shot of my wee physio and put it up here so that if you ever see her you will know to run away............fast (but carefully)

God but she caused pain today.

The tape she had put on the other day came off with a lot of skin and even more hair (how do you women put up with waxing?)

"Let's see if you have any more movement".............. AAAAArgh
"Okay - obviously not".
"How about this way?"............................. AAAAAAAAArgh
"I guess not".

It was then a session of 'manipulation and massage' to break down scar tissue on the tendons..........(read sadisitic infliction of locallised pain) followed by a huge bag of ice which covered my neck, half way down my arm and half of my chest and back.
It may have taken the heat out of the spot she had been working on but it gave freezer burn to the rest of my upper body.

At least I don't have to go through it again..................until Tuesday.
