Sprint back for defence in Basketball

Sprinting was the main event in this game, almost none of the basket attempts went in, and there was a whole lot of rushing backwards and forwards and general mayhem. Son on the right got player of the day, which pleased him no end, but is a pain as the award in a free entry into a swimming complex miles from our house and the expiry date is next week. Not really an ideal choice of rewards from the parents persective. i will be the meanest Mother on earth if I cant fit that trip into the next few days- most likely impossible.
