The bridge home

My brother and I went exploring. About an hour in I wanted to turn back because we would have to cross these rushing rivers, walk through bushes covered in thorns and packs of deadly mosquitoes but my brother thought we should forge on. Since I still have thorns in me that I haven't been able to get out, I think I was right.
