Rush hour on the Shannon

Well not really, it was lunch time and this was the most boats we've seen on river since Saturday.

Yes, this is the river, not a lough and it is that wide and wider at some points.

Despite wonderful sky in this shot it didn't rain until 7pm, we seemed to be under perpetual sunshine, despite the clouds all around.
