Shaved

I took Joey to the vet this morning. She confirmed what I suspected - pressure sores. Although I'm still a bit unsure about the ones on his tail, she may be right because he does sometimes sleep on it.

He's been shaved and cleaned up in the affected areas. He's got some antibiotics and some disinfectanty type stuff, so he should heal ok.

The kennels phoned me this afternoon. They were pretty good about it and it looks like they'll pick up the vet bill. First offer was to knock it off the next kennel stay, but I don't think there will be a next time.

Anyone recommend a good kennels near Liverpool?
