Have a run then rest a while!

Decided to have a run round Lawford playing fields tonight, to include some training at the end, sit ups and such like! Whilst stretching prior to this I noticed the lovely cloud formation and just had to stop and capture on my phone, we then sat looking at it for ages before realising we should be getting on with the job in hand ie: The Plank!!!!!
