Let Go...

Around the mid 1800s, James Young Simpson a Scottish doctor born in Bathgate, introduced anaesthesia to the world. Today, I was administered with a form of it to my right gum in my first proper dentist appointment in about 14 years.

Anaesthesia is cool. I could sense the ground tooth smell but didn't feel anything but slightly uncomfortable.

My trust in dentists has been restored.
