Peach Jam

Todays labor of love was peach jam. First batch turned out beautiful. Second batch we will have to wait and see if it is going to set properly. I don't know why sometimes it does that maybe I might not have had the exact amount of solid fruit chopped possibly more juice. I tasted the first batch and it is delightful even if I do say so myself. Hopefully my figs will be coming in next week. I think fig preserves are my all time favorite.
Alright fellow blippers get out your toast and I will supply your imaginary peach jam.
