Can you tell what it is yet ?????

Today was a family visiting day followed by a little shopping.

Ended up in the 100 Yen shop, which is about 80 pence. However not everything is 100 Yen, but nothing is that expensive. Even at only 100 Yen, alot of the stuff is way better than something like the Pound Shop.

I spent 100 Yen on the above, but the other half thinks i have wasted my money. We will see when we get home and try it out. Anyway, can you tell what it is for?
