A lake from a great hight

I have been invited on a Stag Weekend
Not to the fleshpots of Eastern Europe, not to the sordid side of Amsterdam or Barcelona but to the Lake District, they think to do walking and climbing. My ideas could be different
It was quite a steep walk to get to this point; my lungs are not good at breathing. We started at a pub at the other end of this lake and I have staggered to this point, still some distance from the summit. Have taken many photos, because its an excuse to stop and try and get my breath. The views all round are fabulous and the guys great. I think it will be a good weekend
