building blocks

we learn so much in a lifetime. all the blocks of knowledge stacking up and up, higher and higher. sometimes i wonder if we wouldn't be better off breaking down those walls. that maybe sometimes all that "knowing" isn't serving us one bit except to keep us too much in our own minds and not enough in our own hearts.

and yet we build. and yet we block.
