Hosta Fire & Ice

Quick blip today as I've been busy. I split and re-potted some hosta for my parents a month or so ago and I kept some plants for myself including this one. I'm rather pleased as it's got a flower. It's name always reminds me of Iceland - land of fire and ice!

Yesterday I cooked bolognaise for 34 people. In two weeks time I'm off to Guide Camp for a week and I'm the caterer! Soooo, bolognaise all cooked and now in freezer, so that's the first night's dinner sorted!

In between I've been washing, ironing, hoovering, dusting baking some peach and apricot muffins with poppy seeds. Very tasty!
