Our place in the hills

We knew when we booked this place that it was up in the hills and a long way from the nearest town. Hadn't realised quite how high up and how far. No problem, though. That's an incentive not to go back down. A pool and an outside kitchen, a couple of donkeys to keep us company. And a big screen TV, so, even though by the time you read this the Grand Prix and the World Cup will be over, as I write it, they haven't happened yet.

Spain is hoping for great things tomorrow and I really hope it happens for them. The hype started slowly, but has reached a measured level of excitement. We're too far away from anywhere to think of going to find a big screen, but if the result goes Spain's way, then you'll hear us cheering.
