Hot Air Balloon Festival

Checked out the Hot Air Balloon Fest in Kingston, RI...the balloons went up at dawn and dusk. Unfortunately, because of the wind, this was as far as they got. It was a great festival though...hot air balloons, fireworks, a carnival with rides, a petting zoo..lots of stuff for a fun family time!
