Meet Mr Pigeon!

A lovely flock (is 'flock' the right collective term?) of pigeons have started to visit us. I think one of the main reasons for this is my mum's frequent feeding from a very large bag of seed which is left over from when we used to keep chickens... They were originally quite at home in the church, which is just across the road from our house. Now our place seems to be the place for any 'cool' pigeon to hang out! Oddly, Mr Pigeon *did* seem to be 'married' and he and his 'wife' were always canoodling in the roof of our archway/entrance and even made a rather messy nest. Now ANOTHER pigeon is on the scene so she is more often with him, but occasionally you will see all three together. Modern, swinging pigeons, perhaps?!
