Windy

It seems that ever since I began my census work a few months ago, that the wind has been a constant. It's as if nature has decided to play a bit of a game on me as I try to deal with my forms from day to day.

I don't know exactly what this is called, but I've seen these from time to time covering fences in construction areas. My guess is that the fabric is intended to keep dirt and such from flying about too freely as people walk by (and perhaps limit passersby's viewing). I'm also guessing that the holes allow for the wind to blow through the fabric so as not to allow too much pressure on the fabric, which I'm guessing (yet again!) would rip away otherwise.
