Sonia has declared herself queen of Christmas.

I put the Christmas tree together today, and I'm excited that it still looks so good - it survived Katrina and ten months after Katrina in the un-air conditioned and un-heated attic in New Orleans. So did my ornaments and stockings. I don't know what happened to the lights, though, and I had to buy new ones. Not an unreasonable expense.
