Don't jump off the roof dad

You'll make a hole in the yard...
I hired a roof ladder (bottom right of pic) this morning with a view to getting up to the chimney and doing some badly needed restoration.
I am tending to err on the side of cowardice though and think it might be better to pay some silly bugger to get up there with scaffolding.
It looks odd but that is my real leg - and it is still attached to me.
BTW: To err is human, to arr is pirate and to ye-ha is cowboy.
