White arrows!

Anybody who has been for a long walk and got lost will know what a comforting sight the white arrows on the trees are. If nothing else it means you are on a recognised footpath which must lead somewhere!

With Smarts packed of to work with his sandwiches like a schoolboy I took the woofers for a long shady walk through the beech woods. It never ceases to amaze me how few people and dogs I meet....where are all those poor town dogs when we have such beautiful countryside so close to hand!

However I really much prefer it when I dont meet anyone as was the case today so a good time was had by all and I'm now off to work until midnight! :(
