The Sea

Despite still having another 700ish miles to do, there was a real sense of completion as we saw the sea for the first time in weeks at Santa Monica today.

We had managed to get from New York on the east coast right across to the sea on the west coast without any major mishaps.

In fact we have driven about twice the width of the USA due to heading north and south for a bit too.

Tomorrow we'll leave LA and start heading up the west coast.

2 weeks tomorrow we'll leave the USA and start our year in Canada.
