Climbing the walls

A listless day today, a day off from work but weather too bad to do anything worthwhile. Although that's not completely untrue, since sleeping unbroken for nine and a half hours was definitely worthwhile and a full two hours better than I have managed in months.

After most of the day wondering what to do or whether to just give up and relax indoors, I did at least make it to Gloucester with the camera. Today's photo shows a group of six characters on the wall of Gloucester Cathedral, overlooking all who enter the door. I could no doubt find out who they are, but I quite like not knowing. and enjoying the figures and photo on that basis.
