Garden Friend

It was off to the physio again this morning.

I got a row from teh wee girl.

I hadn't made enough fuss about my shoulder which had also taken a knock in my fall 9 or 10 weeks ago.

It turns out that the shoulder also had tendon damage and is in danger of ending up with 'frozen shoulder' which seemingly can cause real long term problems.

So instead of the physio coming to an end pretty soon - I now have 3 another 3 appointments in the space of a week......................teach me to grin and bear it and try not to make a fuss.




On a brighter note - it is a lovely day and I nearly got a half decent spider picture.
It decided to pull its legs in as I set up the tripod and then run off as I went to get a closer shot..............and I suppose it can be classified as "in my back yard".

Ah well...........that's life.
