Black sausage

This is Tampere speciality known as mustamakkara. It means black sausage. Mustamakkara is made by mixing pork, pig blood, crushed rye and flour, after which it is stuffed into the intestines of an animal like most sausages. Believe or not, but mustamakkara has won several distinguished awards in the international context of sausages. I think it's delicious.
Don't hesitate to travel to Finland after this sight. Every small hamlet has its pizzeria and kebab place and 82 McDonald's restaurants are now in Finland.
