Out my window

As I was watching TV in my living room, I heard the occasional thud outside my window. Since looking out my window and watching the activity in my alley is one of my favorite past times, I took a look. I saw items being tossed out of the top floor from the building next to mine, this would explain the loud thuds. I am not sure what the story is but I have a few theories. Never a boring day in Capitol Hill.
