Christmas in July!

Monsoon weather struck out of nowhere today so we took shelter in The Bygone Museum in Torquay. This delightful old converted cinema houses the most diverse collection of quirky objects ever seen under one roof! Victoriana; a full-sized real train in a downstairs room (honest!), WWI and WWII memorabilia...sit alongside Falklands and Gulf War memorabilia; model train sets; old end-of-pier attractions...the list goes on. It's like the Tardis and well worth a visit.

I'm a confirmed Christmasophile and was delighted to find a little model Christmas scene. The other day I blipped a fake model scene and so today it's a real one.

All together now...Deck the halls with bows of holly....fa la la la laaaaa la la la la!
