babybird

I realy don't know what kind of bird this is. This youngster is hanging out around my backyard for a view days now.
Making lots of noise.
Mom is always nearby, but so are all the cats including my own.

I took a picture of mom too....so if you're interested you can look here. and if someone knows what kind of bird this is, I would love to know.
I do know it's not a starling. This one has a long lightbrown tail.

Thanks to the Wild one: it's a black redstart. (I never heard of it before)
